Job summary

MatchWornShirt in Dallas is seeking a Partnerships Activation Manager to own the day-to-day execution of U.S. partnerships: running live auctions, managing inventory, and serving as the primary point of contact for key partners.

This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships and you will contribute to building our US office. You’ll sit at the intersection of partnerships, auction operations, and commercial strategy, as part of a global team of 18 across five

Qualifications

• Right to work in the U.S.
• Based in Dallas (or willing to relocate) and office-based role.
• 4-7 years of experience directly managing sponsorship, partnership, or auction/collectibles operations for a rights holder, property, brand, or agency.
• Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partnership management: serve as the primary day-to-day contact for U.S. partners, building relationships and ensuring delivery of contractual assets and digital auctions.
• Auction & inventory management: manage auction operations, execution, and inventory tracking with the U.S. operations team.
• Commercial growth: identify and help execute opportunities to increase revenue and enhance partner value.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with property equipment managers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders for efficient execution.
• Reporting & analysis: build partner recap decks and manage internal reporting on auction and partnership performance.
• Brand representation: act as a trusted ambassador for MatchWornShirt, upholding company standards.
