Job summary

Shuffle.US is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid acquisition across the US. You will manage campaigns, scale spend, and optimize CAC, LTV, and retention with strong collaboration with creative and data teams.

You'll test new channels, manage meaningful budgets, and move quickly on opportunities across US states while ensuring high-quality user acquisition and compliance with platform policies.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
• Experience across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, Google, or programmatic.
• Strong understanding of US consumer acquisition and platform differences.
• Able to interpret CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA, and retention metrics.
• Proven ability to scale winning campaigns while maintaining quality.
• Comfort with structured testing across audiences, creatives, and channels.
• Ownership mindset with responsibility for targets and budgets.
• Analytical thinker who spots trends and acts quickly on data.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams on performance ads.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and scaling across paid channels.
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage budgets across channels, states, and audiences based on performance.
• Monitor CAC, LTV, FTDs, deposits, retention, and revenue to improve efficiency.
• Develop and test creatives, UGC, and landing-page messaging with the creative team.
• Identify new channels and test opportunities, including emerging platforms.
• Scale successful campaigns across additional audiences and channels.
• Collaborate with data/engineering on tracking and attribution.
• Report spend, CAC, LTV, acquisition volume, and channel performance.
