Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand the U.S. customer base and build long-term client partnerships. You will work with global teams to provide packaging, trims, RFID, and sustainable product solutions to apparel, home textile and retail clients.

In this role you will identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and lead efforts across sales, marketing and product teams. Travel within the United States is required as you develop new business relationships and close

Qualifications

• Background in packaging, apparel trims, textiles, fashion or retail.
• Proven success in account management, sales or business development.
• Familiarity with U.S. apparel, home textile, retail or packaging industries.
• Existing relationships in the industry are highly valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Self-directed, motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Research and pursue new business opportunities across the U.S. market.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Understand customer requirements and identify products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Coordinate pricing, quotations, samples, production and deliveries with international teams.
• Oversee customer projects and provide responsive, professional service throughout the process.
• Travel to customer meetings and participate in trade shows and events as needed.
