Job summary

Mindspace, a leading flexible workspace provider, is seeking a senior operations and facilities leader to oversee all US locations. You will report to the Managing Director North America and partner with Global Operations to drive consistency and efficiency.

You will own the US operations budget, manage vendor relationships and contracts, implement standards, and lead regional site teams to deliver exceptional member experiences while reducing cost.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in operations / facilities management, multi-site leadership.
• Proven ability to cut costs while preserving service quality.
• Hospitality mindset with strong vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own US operations cost and regional budgeting end to end.
• Lead site teams and standardise processes across all US locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and procurement cycles.
• Oversee health and safety, maintenance and compliance.
• Report KPIs and savings regularly to stakeholders.
