Referment seeks a client onboarding professional to lead its US onboarding operations, guiding clients from initial engagement through live trading. You will coordinate onboarding with internal teams and external counterparties, ensuring smooth, timely setups and ongoing success.

Competenze

• Proven onboarding experience in financial services or fintech.
• Experience with institutional clients (asset managers/hedge funds) preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; capable of working independently.
