Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement investment solutions for new business and complex changes.
• Apply project plans and onboarding checklists to ensure timely deliverables.
• Manage issues proactively and escalate blockers when needed.
• Support re-engineering of operating models to improve scalability and controls.
• Coordinate with external parties for successful delivery and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Drive NBIA initiatives and secure required approvals for new operating models.
