• Represent the US commercial perspective on global asset teams for early pipeline assets.
• Lead development of US commercial strategy in partnership with global teams across functions.
• Translate asset strategy into a US launch blueprint with market development priorities and investment needs.
• Identify and frame strategic choices across positioning, access, and evidence generation.
• Develop milestone- and scenario-based plans for launch readiness and execution.
• Partner with leaders to define capabilities, talent, processes, and infrastructure for launch success.
• Assess readiness and advise on build vs buy of required capabilities.
• Support governance and decision-making with clear recommendations and risk assessments.
