Qualifications

• Experience in biotech/pharma commercial, new product planning, marketing, market development, or related roles.
• Experience supporting pipeline, pre-launch, or early commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in early market development and external stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to translate external insights into strategy and launch preparation.
• Experience in neurology or other complex specialty markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to support US planning for early pipeline assets.
• Develop and execute early market shaping strategies well before launch.
• Identify and map HCP thought leaders, treatment centers, advocacy groups, and patient communities.
• Design compliant external engagement approaches with medical, advocacy, and cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize insights to inform disease area opportunity, patient journey, and market readiness.
• Define hypotheses around market development needs and stakeholder education opportunities.
• Translate external insights into implications for asset strategy and launch planning in the US.
• Prepare planning materials, strategic recommendations, and leadership updates.
