Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Head of Finance for the US Neuroscience franchise. You will partner with Neuroscience leadership to enable scaling, market activation and disciplined investments across planning, performance, and pricing.

Lead FP&A, close processes and strategic financial analysis to drive growth and profitability. The role requires 12+ years in senior finance leadership, strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and experience building robust business cases in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior Finance leadership roles in high-growth or scaling businesses.
• Experience developing robust forecasts, analyses and business cases.
• Leadership in a matrix environment with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Neuroscience leadership: act as business partner to Neuroscience Head and Franchise team.
• Support scaling with market activation, launch readiness and disciplined investments.
• Coordinate forecasting processes (5YP, LRP, Budget, Forecast).
• Provide finance leadership to enable growth and profitability.
• Translate commercial opportunities into robust financial scenarios.
• FP&A: be finance point of contact for performance monitoring (Sales, Headcount, P&L).
• Coordinate closing activities with accounting, GTN, FP&A; ensure deadlines.
• Pricing Strategy: lead pricing analytics for value, access, contracting, lifecycle mgmt.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sound pricing decisions.
• Profitability & Efficiencies: partner with Procurement for cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.
• Finance Leadership: manage 1 direct report; lead NA finance initiatives and team engagement.
