Ipsen seeks a Head of Finance for US Neuroscience in Cambridge, MA. You will partner with the Neuroscience leadership to drive scaling, activation, and disciplined investments to capture growth.

You will own FP&A, pricing support, and financial governance, ensuring strong execution and cross-functional alignment across the franchise. The role demands a senior finance leader with 12+ years of experience, advanced degree, CPA preferred, and deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, Excel, SAP and TM1.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior Finance leadership roles, commercial focus.
• Proven ability to translate franchise strategy into financial plans.
• Strong forecast, analysis and business case development.
• Experience in a matrix, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Neuroscience franchise; monitor sales, costs and profitability.
• Oversee closing activities for the perimeter with finance teams.
