Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA seeks a US Neurology and Immunology Asset/Indication Lead to guide HEOR research and value demonstration for MS and related assets. You will design studies, synthesize evidence and coordinate with HEVA, Medical Affairs and policy teams to shape payer value messaging.

You will lead evidence generation priorities, communicate complex analyses to senior leadership, and contribute to launch readiness and market access strategies for Neurology and Immunology portfolios.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of HEOR, real-world evidence or related field in pharma/biotech.
  • 5+ years in a CRO or similar setting will be considered.
  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HEOR research including economic modeling, database analyses and evidence synthesis.
  • Drive business impact by executing HEVA tactics supporting commercial objectives and market access.
  • Lead US HEVA tactics for Neurology and Immunology portfolios and align with portfolio objectives.
  • Partner with US Medical Affairs/Value & Access for appropriate HEOR use in communications and training.
  • Collaborate with Value & Access, US Medical Affairs and Policy to inform value frameworks and ICER responses.
  • Set HEOR evidence generation priorities and translate value propositions into hypotheses and plans.
