We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) leader with US Navy / Marine Corps experience and a history of growing and delivering professional services for projects and programs. You’ll have the chance to work on large capital projects across the US and internationally, utilizing your experience working with the US Dept of War to ensure safe and efficient delivery. You will gain experience working closely with technical subject matter experts, project control specialists, and some of the best digital delivery professionals in the industry.
Your role will be central to generating new business opportunities for US Navy PM/CM contract and task order pursuits. Following award of these projects, you will ensure the projects are staffed with top talent, manage the key personnel, and guide the project team to execution success.

The base salary range for this position is $170,400.00 to $277,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
