You will underwrite Conventional and FHA loans, perform income calculations for various borrower types, and manage the loan process from initial underwriting to CTC.

Responsibilities

• Work on client LOS and underwrite loans for clients.
• Coordinate with Underwriting Manager to learn investor overlays and resolve grey areas.
