Flatworld Solutions (FWS) in Princeton, NJ is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor with strong US mortgage knowledge to join our team. You will handle end-to-end loan processing, communicate with borrowers, loan officers and third parties, and coordinate with underwriters to move files toward approval.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of US mortgage processing experience, proficiency with conventional, FHA, VA/USDA knowledge is a plus, and the ability to manage a 30+ loan pipeline

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of US mortgage processing and end-to-end handling of Conventional, FHA loans.
• Ability to calculate rough income and review assets on file.
• Experience maintaining a pipeline of 30+ loans and communicating with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties.

Responsabilités

• Process loans with LOS per lender instructions.
• Coordinate with processing assistant on admin tasks.
• Review loan files and identify missing documents.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers and third parties for documents/status.
• Calculate income, review assets, and run AUS.
• Identify AUS red flags and fix them.
• Submit files for underwriting.
• Fulfill underwriter conditions.
• Send status updates to borrower and loan officer.
