Job summary

eShipping LLC seeks a Cross-Border Account Coordinator to manage U.S.-Mexico freight operations. The role focuses on booking shipments, arranging pickups with carriers, and ensuring compliant cross-border documentation to deliver excellent service.

You will negotiate rates, generate spot quotes, and coordinate with customs brokers, vendors, and customers to maintain smooth shipment flow and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Industry experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the booking of shipments to and from Mexico via truck.
• Arrange pick-ups and deliveries with authorized carriers and agents.
• Negotiate and secure costs with LTL and Truckload carriers to secure optimal rates and space for shipments.
• Generate spot quotes in the operating system following recommended guidelines.
• Prepare and file export clearance (EEI) documentation as required for U.S. shipments to Mexico.
• Serve as a liaison with customs brokers and agents to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Drive communication with customs customers, carriers, Mexican vendors, brokers, and team members.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable government regulations, customer requirements, and internal policies.
• Generate and issue accurate, timely customer invoices.
