Job summary

Hope for Justice seeks a US MEAL Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across its US programs. You will design systems, strengthen data use, and foster a culture of learning for continuous improvement.

You will work with US teams and global MEAL to embed robust measurement and evidence generation. You will oversee data management, PMDPro/MEAL DPro adoption, and development of theories of change and performance monitoring plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEAL strategy and system development.
• Ability to implement data collection, analysis and reporting frameworks.
• Strong skills in data-driven learning and program improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of MEAL across US programs.
• Ensure staff have data for decision making and donor reporting.
• Oversee data management, security and privacy alignment.
• Develop theories of change, logic models and results frameworks for US projects.
• Coordinate external evaluations and site visits as needed.
