Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a MEAL strategy aligned with social justice goals.
• Provide guidance to ensure MEAL products are technically sound and accessible.
• Manage MEAL team collaboration across departments to design frameworks and data capture.
• Support community-based accountability practices across programs and activities.
• Conduct in-person and remote MEAL trainings and travel as needed.
• Facilitate brainstorming and planning sessions, offering technical MEAL assistance.
• Support evaluations and research on SPLC’s impact.
• Manage MEAL staff through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
