Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture in Austin is seeking a founding US Marketplace Lead to own and scale a new marketplace offering with real commercial ownership. You’ll close deals, solve problems on the ground, and shape the go-to-market without a fixed playbook.

You’ll land major partnerships, build the supplier base across PPE and consumables, and drive migration from legacy systems while coordinating with the platform team to roll out nationwide in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring and delivering deals that work for all parties.
• Sales background selling to procurement, distribution or supply chain buyers.
• Commercial or entrepreneurial track record of building and scaling a marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial results for the US Marketplace across revenue channels.
• Land and run a national distribution partnership through its three phases.
• Manage migration of customers off legacy tech, retiring old integrations.
• Build the US supplier base and close supplier deals in PPE and consumables.
• Keep Mitti leadership informed on what’s working and what to change.
