Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture, a global tech company, is seeking a founding US Marketplace Lead. You will drive commercial results across direct fulfillment and supplier/logistics deals, land major partnerships, and scale a new marketplace offering in the US.

You will operate hands-on, close deals yourself, shape go-to-market strategy, and build a supplier network while balancing lean, early-stage execution with scalable growth. Equity and flexible work are offered.

Qualifications

• Partnerships background with a focus on eCommerce, where you've structured and delivered deals that work for everyone at the table.
• Sales background in marketplace or eCommerce products, selling to procurement, distribution or supply chain buyers and closing the deal yourself.
• Commercial or entrepreneurial track record of building and scaling a marketplace, regardless of industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial results for the US Marketplace across revenue channels: direct fulfillment and third-party supplier and logistics deals.
• Help land and run a major national distribution partnership through its three phases—from zero-click orders to a curated marketplace to nationwide rollout.
• Manage migration of customers from legacy tech, retire old integrations, move active US customers safely, keep service running for live accounts.
• Build the US supplier base; negotiate and close deals across PPE and consumables, close product gaps the partnership needs, maintain supplier relationships.
• Keep Mitti's leadership informed on what’s working and what needs changing.
