Position Summary:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring the performance of engagement marketing campaigns for PointClickCare. You will drive product demand through multiple channels including web, email, social and multiple onsite channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Marketers, Content Strategists, Sales Leaders, Senior Business Leaders, and manage paid ad agency production.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to develop, execute and maintain high-impact multi-touch campaigns inclusive of events, that inspire consumers and drive engagement
  • Creations of marketing campaign briefs for project management office to facilitate. Provide clear communication on our goals and KPIs to ensure results.
  • Regularly dive deep into data reports and dashboard to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize
  • Responsible for consuming and leveraging Portfolio narratives to produce audience-centric derivative content
  • Seek out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve MQL to SQL process for higher lead quality
  • Travel: 10-20%
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure Impact and determine improvements
  • Experience working closely with sales leaders to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive pipeline growth
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience managing large amounts of data including customer segments and online campaign metrics.
  • Experience working with sales leaders to develop and execute region-specific strategies

$83,700 - $90,000 a year
AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The US base salary rangefor this position is $83,700 - $90,000 + bonus + benefits,non-overtime eligible. Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experienceincluding professional and lived experience, and/or work location. Your recruiter can share more information about ourtotal rewards package during the hiring process.
