Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Morristown, NJ seeks a senior leader to own the strategy, governance, and execution of commercial reporting and analytics across the enterprise. You will shape roadmaps, align reporting logic to standardized KPIs, and oversee lifecycle management of enterprise tools like Tableau and Power BI.

You will drive AI-enabled insights, ensure accuracy and explainability, and partner with Digital and Data teams to scale governance and automation while maintaining trusted data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence (pharma/biotech preferred; consulting considered).
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of commercial reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ensure governance-based reporting aligned to KPIs, definitions, and logic.
• Implement and govern AI-powered conversational analytics grounded in trusted sources.
• Partner with Digital and Data teams to integrate AI tools into the reporting ecosystem.
• Improve reporting efficiency and user experience through automation while ensuring explainability.
• Define and manage operating model for commercial reporting and hub accountability.
• Engage stakeholders and enable change management for analytics modernization.
