NatWest Markets Securities Inc. is seeking an Associate for US Leveraged Capital Markets in Stamford, CT. The role supports domestic leveraged loan and high-yield origination and syndication activities with global product partners.

You will work with bankers across Syndicate, Leveraged Finance, Liability Management, Corporate Advisory, Rates and FX teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes and develop your capital markets expertise in a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in leveraged finance, capital markets or syndicate within an investment banking environment.
• Strong organizational capabilities and high attention to detail.
• Collaborative, high-energy teamwork across the franchise.

Responsibilities

• Support US Leveraged Capital Markets origination and syndication activities.
• Prepare client presentations for pitching ideas and transactions across the product spectrum.
• Summarize market conditions and produce market updates for NatWest’s customers.
• Research industries, companies and transactions to support origination and execution.
• Assist with internal underwriting documents and global transaction processes.
• Contribute to development of junior talent.
