Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets team in New York seeks a Senior Associate to join the Leveraged Finance Coverage / Origination group. You will help underwrite, market and execute leveraged finance transactions for sponsors and non-investment grade issuers, and support deal execution from pitch to close.

You have 2+ years in Leveraged Finance or Investment Banking, with strong financial modeling, attention to detail and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA/CA/CFA is an asset.
• 2+ years of Leveraged Finance or Investment Banking experience.
• Series licensing (SIE, S79, S7, S63) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with underwriting, marketing, and execution of transactions.
• Prepare marketing pitches, financial analyses, and deal memos.
• Support deal execution including investor outreach and data room upkeep.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and timely delivery.
