Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in leveraged finance or capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Licensing: Series 79 and Series 63 required or pursued.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take broad responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client presentations for pitching ideas and transactions across the product spectrum.
• Summarize market conditions and produce market updates for NatWest's customers.
• Research industries, companies and transactions to support origination and execution.
• Assist with underwriting documents and running global transaction processes.
• Contribute to the development of junior talent.
