NatWest Markets Securities Inc. is seeking an Associate for US Leveraged Capital Markets to support domestic leveraged loan and high yield origination and syndication activities.

You will collaborate with global product partners to deliver high standards of client service across the transaction lifecycle. The role emphasizes integrity, due skill, care, and diligence, while building strong client relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve cohesive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance or related field.
• Licenses such as Series 79 and Series 63 are expected or required depending on role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take broad responsibilities in a growing platform.

Responsibilities

• Support originations and syndication of High Yield bonds and leveraged loans.
• Prepare client presentations for pitches to private equity, corporate and financial customers.
• Summarize market conditions and recent transactions for market updates to NatWest's customers.
• Research industries and companies to support origination and execution of transactions.
• Assist with internal underwriting documents and run global transaction processes.
• Contribute to development of junior talent.
