Job summary

KRG Technologies is seeking a US IT Recruiter for onsite work in Chennai, specializing in US staffing and visa-related hiring. You will build pipelines, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure high-quality submittals for diverse US clients.

The role requires collaboration with the recruiting manager to hit daily/weekly targets and to manage resumes per client specs, sustaining strong candidate networks throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recruitment experience in US staffing.
• Proficiency with visas and tax terms (H1B, H4, E3, TN, EAD; W2, C2C, 1099).
• Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools and strategies; Job Diva a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the recruiting manager to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent pipeline via job boards, ATS, social media and advanced search techniques.
• Screen and qualify candidates against technical and job-specific criteria; conduct interviews and reference checks.
• Meet daily/weekly submittal and interview targets with top-quality candidates for US clients.
• Format resumes per client specs and manage candidate networks through the full recruiting lifecycle.
