You will own end-to-end recruitment, source top technical candidates, manage offers and negotiations, and ensure compliance with US staffing processes. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role requiring strong communication and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on US IT/technical recruitment experience.
• Experience leading a team of US recruiters.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean and advanced techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ATS/CRM
• Solid understanding of US staffing processes and employment types
