Leadingdots Solutions India Pvt Ltd is hiring a US IT Recruiter for a fully remote role to source, screen, and place IT professionals with US-based clients. You will work from home during night shift hours (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST) to connect directly with candidates and vendors in the US.

The role requires strong knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT) and experience in sourcing via major portals and ATS tools. Remote work, night shift allowances, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Source and screen candidates for US IT roles via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal database.
• Cold call candidates across US time zones to assess skills and visa status.
• Coordinate with US clients, vendors, and partners on open requirements.
• Understand US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN).
• Submit qualified profiles, schedule interviews and manage feedback.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT roles via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal database
• Cold call candidates across US time zones to assess skills, visa status, and rate expectations
• Coordinate with US clients, vendors, and implementation partners on open job requirements
• Understand and apply knowledge of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN)
• Submit qualified profiles with formatted resumes; schedule interviews and manage feedback
• Negotiate rates and close offers with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM
• Meet weekly submission and placement targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–5 years in US IT staffing/recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2/C2C/1099) and visa categories
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet for remote work
• Comfortable working night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
• Experience with job portals and ATS tools preferred
