Job summary
Smartkarma Innovations Pte Ltd is seeking a senior analyst or analyst to build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with deal sizes of USD100mn or higher. You will develop data-driven scoring, pre-IPO tearsheets, and post-IPO summaries for institutional clients, delivering high-touch service within six months for select clients.
The role requires extensive research experience, a strong network in US equity markets, and the ability to produce actionable research for
Qualifications
- 5+ years of extensive research or investment experience for institutional clients.
- Demonstrated network within US equity capital markets.
- Proven ability to write research reports for institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Build ongoing research coverage of US IPOs and direct listings with large deal sizes.
- Develop data-driven scoring and ranking for deals and pre-IPO analyses.
- Provide pre-IPO tearsheets, fundamental research, valuation insights, and post-IPO summaries.
