Job summary

Monark Markets Inc. is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to source and close late-stage pre-IPO transactions. You will leverage Monark's distribution network across wealth platforms to access a broad base of brokers and investors.

Your role involves originating sell-side opportunities, negotiating blocks, and coordinating with origination, operations and compliance to move deals to close. A robust private markets network is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ample experience transacting in the pre-IPO market.
• Existing network of sellers, funds and institutional buyers.
• Knowledge of transfer mechanics: ROFR and SPV structures.
• Strong deal origination and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate sell-side supply from shareholders, funds and supply partners.
• Negotiate, price, and structure blocks, then bring them to Monark's platform network for syndication.
• Broker transactions directly, including sourcing buyers.
• Run deals through close: indications, consent / ROFR, documentation and funding.
• Work with Monark's origination, deal operations and compliance teams on every transaction.
• Keep every deal, contact and communication in Monark's CRM and approved channels.
