The US Import Compliance Analyst supports the supply chain activities across nine NAM Marketing and Production Unit locations, spanning Fresenius Kabi (Pharma) and Fenwal (MedTech) divisions. The role ensures adherence to import regulations and formal control procedures, managing the timely and compliant flow of international shipments.

It is onsite at one of our Distribution Centers (Pleasant Prairie, WI; Duncan, SC; or Las Vegas, NV) or at our Lake Zurich, IL headquarters 3+ days per week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of customs, FDA, and DEA regulations and processes.
• Experience with US import regulations operations.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office IT solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support supply chain activities across NAM locations and IORs.
• Monitor and audit external customs brokerage performance.
• Manage import documentation and permits as required.
• Coordinate with brokers and regulatory bodies (FDA/DEA/USDA).
• Support C-TPAT and cost analysis initiatives.
