Qualifications

• Experience with KOL engagement and speaker bureau management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and to lead without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• KOL Development and Engagement: identify and manage KOL partnerships; plan engagements at conferences and events.
• SM and ITP Centers of Excellence and Market Development: lead regional market development and partner with sales leadership.
• Market Insights and Collaboration: capture insights and feedback to inform brand strategy; coordinate advisory boards.
• Speaker Bureau Operations and Content: manage speaker training, contracts, and program execution.
