Job summary

You will partner with Platform Engineering teams to oversee design, delivery, and operation of mission-critical, low-latency trading platforms, ensuring resilience, availability, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership across global locations, with a focus on risk, performance, and governance in a regulated

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Markets technology and exposure to trading systems.
• Proven accountability for production technology in a regulated environment.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with governance and control frameworks in financial services.
• Track record of improving operational stability and resilience at scale.
• Exposure to modern engineering practices (SRE, platform engineering) applied in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior accountable executive for the technology control environment across NWM SI technology.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory expectations, including resilience and data controls.
• Own remediation of technology control gaps, audit findings, and regulatory issues.
• Be accountable for technology service stability and end-to-end operational resilience.
• Provide executive leadership for complex change portfolios across trading, risk, and regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risk, governance, and performance at senior levels.
