Job summary

Tradeweb is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our Technology organization. You will oversee trading algorithms, user interfaces, networks, and cybersecurity initiatives, working with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.

The role requires strong PM skills and hands-on delivery in capital markets tech. This position is fully remote with the Jersey City Tech hub for meetings; some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, CS or related field.
• 7+ years in product management and project delivery in fintech/finance.
• Strong understanding of trading algorithms, UI, networks, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and management of trading-related products and UI
• Support and manage Fixed Income trading systems and workflows
• Collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and stakeholders across regions
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from ideation to production
• Define objectives, build business cases, and manage timelines and risks
• Drive requirements gathering, validation, and documentation
