Job summary

PensionBee US is seeking a highly technical Head of US Growth Marketing & Analytics based in New York, NY. This hands-on, player-coach role owns the intent-based acquisition ecosystem, data architecture, website performance, and organic retention funnels.

You will lead SEO, GEO, and paid search, set up conversion tracking, and collaborate with product and data teams to build scalable, full-funnel campaigns for B2C and B2B. 7+ years of SEO and analytics experience required.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with Google Ads, GTM, and GA4.
• Strong data attribution and full-funnel analytics capability.
• Proven track record in B2C and B2B growth campaigns.
• Leadership as a player-coach with strong technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Own intent-based acquisition ecosystem and data architecture.
• Manage SEO, paid search, and conversion tracking.
• Lead content lifecycle and editorial briefs for SEO and email.
• Partner with Product, Data and Ops on scalable growth initiatives.
• Build automated dashboards with the data team (Omni, Contentsquare).
• Oversee budget forecasting and PMax optimization.
