Job summary

EVera Recruitment presents an opportunity to lead the US rollout for a pioneering battery and advanced-materials company. You will be among the first leaders on the ground in Morgantown, shaping strategy and building the foundations of the future US operation.

You will work with the UK technical team to commercialise the technology, develop the US business plan and growth targets, recruit a local team, and forge partnerships with industry, universities and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Show proven ability to create new markets or divisions.
• Experience building revenue and partnerships.
• Background in industrial technology or manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to take ownership beyond a traditional role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and represent the US operation.
• Develop the US market and revenue routes.
• Build relationships with industry partners and government bodies.
• Lead customer proposals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with UK team to scale technology.
• Develop US business plan, budget and targets.
• Build local team and entrepreneurial culture.
• Support future West Virginia facility planning.
• Take increasing P&L responsibility.
