Job summary

You will engage in year-end payroll activities, own ad hoc payroll tasks, coordinate with processing stakeholders, and resolve issues while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Qualified candidates will have 3–7 years of US payroll experience, including multinational exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across payroll processing teams for accurate, timely pay results.
• Engage in year-end payroll project tasks and deliverables.
• Own ad hoc payroll operations requests and objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality payroll results.
• Resolve payroll issues and provide clear solutions.
• Follow documented SOPs diligently.
• Monitor wage withholding orders and garnishments interpretation.
• Escalate risks to management as needed.
• Communicate updates to supervisor on operational aspects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
