Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle HCM Payroll experience with multiple end-to-end go-lives.
• Deep knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax legislative requirements.
• Strong leadership experience managing functional teams and executive-level reporting.
• Proficiency in HCM Security and advanced data loading for payroll-specific objects.
• Exceptional analytical skills for solving complex payroll calculation and costing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of US Global Payroll implementations for enterprise clients.
• Lead complex Tax Reconciliation, quarterly filings, and year-end processing efforts.
• Design and govern payroll costing, accounting, and OTL integration strategies.
• Manage client stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on complex Fast Formula logic for specific US state and local rules.
