Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive Finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A leading planning and forecasting processes.
- Proven track record of building advanced, integrated financial models that drive strategic insights and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. segment long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes.
- Oversee consolidated reporting and performance analysis for senior leadership.
- Develop driver-based financial models integrating P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
