Job summary
Krispy Kreme in Charlotte is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst – Logistics & Fresh Delivery to partner with Logistics, Production, Operations and Fresh Delivery leadership. You will own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for fresh logistics, lead monthly forecasting, and develop models for route optimization and capacity planning.
You will provide forward-looking insights, evaluate trade-offs between cost, service, and freshness, and influence operational decisions that drive profitable,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Expert-level Excel; experience with BI tools and large datasets.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience in fresh food, QSR, bakery, or time-sensitive distribution preferred.
- ERP and operational systems experience.
Responsibilities
- Own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for fresh logistics and delivery.
- Lead monthly forecasting and close support with complex accruals and variance explanations.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for route optimization and capacity planning.
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions and growth.
- Act as a trusted finance advisor to Logistics, Production, Operations, and Fresh Delivery leaders.
- Identify risks and opportunities tied to distribution economics and capacity constraints.
