Job summary

Vocca is hiring a founding operator for its US launch in New York. You will deploy and scale our AI voice agent implementations for first US clients, owning post-sale operations including implementation, customer success, and account management. This is a greenfield role with direct exposure to the CEO and Founding AE.

You will shape the US ops playbook, drive toward ~1M ARR in year one, and build a replicable, scalable US presence from scratch.

Qualifications

• Native or fully bilingual English with a genuine US customer-facing culture.
• Hands-on with product and AI: integrated AI in daily work; some product exposure.
• Engineering background not required, but strong product affinity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and make first US clients successful (implementation, success, account management).
• Build foundations of a replicable US ops function.
• Own post-sale operations in the US, excluding sales.
