Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is assisting a global FMCG business to expand its US footprint. This hands-on, individual contributor role focuses on growing new and existing accounts across distributors, retailers, and key partners in the United States.

You will work with senior leadership and the international team to identify opportunities, close deals, and strengthen customer relationships, building a foundation for sustainable growth in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, business development, or commercial roles in FMCG/food.
• Experience growing US-based accounts.
• Hunter mindset with proactive outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Spanish for business.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of the company’s product portfolio in the US market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Contribute to commercial negotiations and support deal closing.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers in the US market.
• Collaborate with the international team on commercial initiatives and market strategy.
