Job summary

Dartmouth Partners is assisting a global multi-asset investment manager in hiring a Strategist into its New York-based US Fixed Income group. The role focuses on macro research, relative value identification and portfolio analytics to support Portfolio Managers.

The successful candidate will bring 4–7 years of fixed income experience, strong quantitative skills, and a team-oriented mindset, with exposure to portfolio construction, risk monitoring and scenario testing.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in fixed income asset management, portfolio management, investment strategy or research.
• Strong quantitative skills with experience in relative value analysis.
• Experience in portfolio analysis/construction and stress testing.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct macroeconomic and thematic research across US and global markets.
• Identify and evaluate relative value opportunities across asset classes, sectors and securities.
• Conduct portfolio analytics, scenario analysis and monitor risk exposures.
