Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in the U.S. seeks a senior fixed income manager research specialist to lead due diligence and oversight of investment managers across a global open architecture platform.

Based in Boston, New York or Minneapolis, you will influence portfolio and governance decisions, present ideas to institutional clients, and develop quantitative tools with cross‑functional teams. CFA designation preferred; 5–7 years of fixed income research experience required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of manager research experience in fixed income.
• Experience analyzing rates, credit, securitized markets, and EM debt.

Responsibilities

• Lead fixed income manager research, selection and ongoing due diligence across sub-asset classes.
• Represent CTI in detailed discussions with CIOs, PMs, analysts and external firms.
• Deliver evidence-based recommendations to hire, retain or terminate managers.
