Job summary

IDX is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Phoenix office, the sole US Finance professional reporting to the CFO and collaborating with London's finance team. You will own the day-to-day US financial management, drive FP&A, reporting, and commercial finance, and partner with US leadership to influence profitability.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong track record in financial planning & analysis and business partnering.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial systems proficiency.
• Able to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day US financial management across FP&A, reporting, and operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Own US P&L, monitor performance against budget and forecast, identify risks and opportunities.
• Deliver regular financial and commercial reporting across revenue, margins, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with US leadership to support growth and profitability.
• Coordinate with global Finance to maintain pipeline accuracy and revenue forecasting.
