Tranquil Clinical Research and Consulting Services seeks a transformative Financial Manager/Controller to lead the newly acquired US subsidiary. You will oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition, post‑acquisition integration, ERP migration (NetSuite/Dynamics/Oracle), and build a scalable finance team in Webster, TX while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license active preferred.
• US work authorization and 3+ years US finance experience required.
• Deep hands‑on ASC 606 and project accounting experience is non‑negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and post‑acquisition integration for the US subsidiary.
• Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition and cost-to-cost progress measurement.
• Manage project accounting for study budgets and pass‑through costs.
• Drive ERP migration and CTMS integration to automate financial triggers.
• Establish internal controls and scalable financial processes aligned with Group policies.
• Collaborate with US CEO and German HQ on profitability, resource use and pipeline.
• Oversee treasury, intercompany funding, and banking relations.
