Job summary

Tranquil Clinical and Research Consulting Services LLC seeks a Financial Manager/Controller to lead the newly acquired US subsidiary in Webster, Texas. You will align local policies with group standards, drive profitability, and scale finance operations as the company migrates to a global ERP platform.

The role requires extensive ASC 606 experience, project accounting, and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle). Strong leadership and cross‑border coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) active license is a preferred.
• Established right to work in the US and at least 3 years work experience in the US.

Responsibilities

• Financial leadership and strategy: lead post-acquisition integration and build a scalable US finance organization.
• Technical accounting & compliance: manage ASC 606 revenue recognition, project accounting, and international reporting.
• Systems implementation & digital transformation: lead ERP migration, integrate ERP with CTMS, design scalable financial processes.
• Treasury & cash management: develop cash forecasts, manage intercompany funding, oversee banking relations.
