Job summary

Germer International - Pharmaceutical Recruiting seeks a seasoned finance leader to oversee the company’s financial records and accounting controls. This role partners with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, ensuring GAAP and SOX compliance.

The candidate will lead financial reporting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and supply chain to support strategic growth and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• MBA or CPA or other advanced accounting credentials are highly preferred.
• 10+ years in finance/accounting roles; strong leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate accounting, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and month-end reporting.
• Ensure SOX, GAAP compliance and maintain robust internal controls.
• Lead monthly close, variance analysis, and executive-level financial presentations.
• Partner with BU heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, margin targets, and key financial drivers.
• Drive compliance initiatives, audits, and alignment of finance with corporate policies.
• Define and implement financial reporting platforms, BI, ERP, and data analytics.

Education
