Job summary

Retail Dispense Solutions LLC is seeking a Beverage Dispense Technician to support beverage equipment installations and service work across markets in the United States. This role works with a team lead and other technicians to complete store projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable traveling, and able to troubleshoot, calibrate, and document fieldwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic hand and power tools.
• Able to climb ladders and work on walk-in coolers.
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently or with help.
• Willing to travel 50–100% depending on market needs.
• Work independently and complete tasks on time.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to train on equipment and procedures.
• Background screening may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with team lead and technicians to complete stores.
• Install beverage lines, chillers, ice machines, and dispense equipment.
• Stay current on equipment and company processes.
• Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and verify performance.
• Document completed work with descriptions and photos.
• Handle repairs and return calls during or after installation.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team.
