Job summary

Beverage Systems, Inc is seeking a field service technician to diagnose, restore, and repair beverage equipment at customer locations across Michigan. You will install, repair, and maintain equipment, communicating with dispatch and customers to ensure service quality.

The role requires travel with occasional overnight stays, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have some electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Able to read volts, amps, ohms, and continuity on multimeters.
• Must provide your own general tools; specialty industry tools may be loaned by the company.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot problems, replace parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Maintain productive communication with dispatch and customers; adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Document service calls accurately and complete field service reports.
• Cover emergency calls on weekends as needed by management.
